By using the PHOTO-N-GO website (indyphotongo.com) and submitting inquiries or booking services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
PHOTO-N-GO provides premium photo booth, 360 video, live portrait, corporate headshot, and experiential event activation services across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, and surrounding Central Indiana regions.
2. Bookings and Payments
A date is not officially reserved until a signed contract and deposit (or full payment) have been received. Events booked within 7 days of the live date require payment in full. All sales are subject to our formal booking agreement provided at the time of contract.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Specific cancellation timelines, postponement terms, and refund policy allocations are legally outlined within your individual customer booking contract. Please contact us directly at hello@indyphotongo.com to discuss your specific reservation.
4. SMS and Communications Consent
By submitting any inquiry or availability form on our website, you provide explicit consent to receive text messages and email updates from PHOTO-N-GO regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of SMS queues at any time by replying STOP.
5. Limitation of Liability
PHOTO-N-GO is not responsible for damages, operational losses, or performance claims arising from circumstances beyond our immediate control, including explicit venue rules, power dropouts, severe weather, or technical infrastructure failures outside our setup.
6. Governing Law
These terms and execution guidelines are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
